3. Prohibited Material
You agree not to upload any material that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, invasive of another person's privacy, or infringes upon any third party's copyright or intellectual property rights.
4. Service Availability & Changes
While we strive for continuous availability, My Memory Boxes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve features to enhance security and user experience.
5. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Storage Allowance & Quotas
My Memory Boxes provides a free service with a standard storage allowance:
- Free 2GB Storage: Every registered account includes 2GB of storage for memories, photos, letters, and voice recordings.
- Storage Quota Policy: Reaching your 2GB storage limit will pause new file uploads. Your existing content and memories remain safe and accessible. You can free up storage space at any time by deleting unwanted files or continue adding text-based memories.
